At one time

At one time in my life my emotions were all messed up. I didn’t understand the difference. I did have these awful stomach pains and would feel really hot, sick and nauseous. I’ve had them off and on over the years. After seeing many doctors and nothing was wrong I finally started to look back or watch when I had them. I finally figured out it was after I went through a had day, week, month or longer. When I was in a little girl through my early twenties I had them all the time. I’ve learned on my own that it was anxiety. I started having them again when I tried having a relationship with my “father”.
